I have no idea what the witches are chanting. And wasn't clear on the middle of her name.

Opening scene Katie, on Bill's security and his sometimes sex partner is coming down the stairs. She sees Luis "attacking " Marnie/Antonia She pulls gun and says not to make her use it. Before she can get a shot off he Vamp speeds at her and Antonia tells him to find out how to get out, where are the exits and orders the guards off. Then Antonia/Marnie says she is a she is a traitor and he must kill her without blood. He crushes her windpipe and probably neck..
Tells he r how get out tell them it is Antonia Gabrila De Lo Gronio Antonia Gavilán de Logroño and I am returned. (thanks to @Corvis_Bruxo).
Pam is trying to decide whether to kill Naomi or Tara first, but as she lifts Tara up she turns and realizes a ton of humans are filming her. The humans call her a zombie She yells that she isn't and promises Tara she will get her back at some point.
Filmers ask if Pam is a Zombie’10 minutes or years will get back
Jesus and LaFayette, call for Abuelo or Lafayette "will burn this taco stand to the ground." Jesus says that Abuelo's only son, Luca came to help. Abuelo isn't surprised but says how did he get here? Obviously, Jesus points out that LaFayette is a medium, as if the grandfather did not know. Still both pretty pissed that they would risk Jesus. Abuelo says he would never risk him he is the only one of them left. That he had to prove to Lafayette that he has the power and is the solution, somehow through his ability to communicate with the dead.
Pack initiation for Alcide and Debbie. They are sister and brother and welcome on their land and called on to protect it. Much hugging and congratulations ensue. A bit later, Alcide is sitting on a log a bit away from the celebration. Debbie confronts him about Sookie. Deb says she said she (Sookie) would be okay and that it isn't right to be thinking of her this night. But, as it is the full moon and they know what is out there he is worried. They agree to look for her and they come on Sookie and Eric making love.
Bill at house pours a snifter; Luis comes in and reports Antonia has come back and shoots Bill. They fight for Bills special King stake but as he is staked, or pulls himself up into the stake he tells Bill Antonia has promised resurrection.
Tara and Naomi. Tara relates that everyone who she has been with has ended up dead and she doesn't want that to happen to her makes Naomi leave even though she wants to stay. Tara tells Naomi it doesn't count enough that she wants to stay. Tara says she already regrets pushing her away. Naomi leaves and Tara cries outside Merlotte's.
Jason doing vertical push-ups, obviously strengthened by Jessica's blood as he fantasizes about her. The door bell rings and it is Hoyt. He says how Jess is needed by King Bill Central. Jason says she can be trusted. But Hoyt is worried about Jason having been raped and the were-panther thing. Jason points out that it isn't going to happen. Hoyt says he feels Jessica slipping away. They settle on Jason making Sloppy Joes.

As she burned she pulled all the vampires who were in the vicinity to meet the sun. Luis fell under her spell and she is planning to make all vampires to meet the sun. Suddenly the three remaining sheriffs were there and BIll tells them that all the vampires must leave the state or stay be chained in silver, which will drain their strength, and go to ground.
The Sherriff's argue, and Bill says he will not expose his subjects to another massacre like El Gronio - where Antonia was executed so cruelly.
They must go to ground and brace for the resurrection.

Pam is with the doctor who helped Sookie when she was clawed by Maryanne, Pam is undergoing a procedure that will remove the rot but not the curse. She can restore her appearance but still will be rotting. She will need shots 4 times a day, forever.
Sam, Tommy and a doctor at the ER. She thinks he got some nasty food poisoning and wants to keep him under observation because he has a high fever. All shifters have higher temperatures. She agrees to discharge him. Sam feels bad he wasn't back earlier and Tommy says he went of on his own and got into something bad. He doesn't want Sam to blame himself.
Bill is at Sookie's door. She thanks Bill for freeeing Eric. Biill seems sincere when her says it would seem the reunion was happy, and Eric says it was. Sookie shushes him. She, Bill and Eric discuss Antonia and the measures they must take to protect Eric having brought silver chains to use.
Tara walking home car passes and yells to get out of road. She drinks from a liquor bottle but hears something. Thinking it is Pam she stops and yells out that she can hear her. But it is Antonia. She tells Tara that Marnie has allowed her to take over her body to do her "sacred work." Tara's hurt by vampires is apparent on her face and in her rage as it is on her own. With Tara's help they can avenge anyone who has felt the fangs and exact retribution.
Tara agrees and asks what she has to do.
At Bill's
They are trying to make the place light safe. The guard silvering Jess is hurting her so Bill takes over. He is treating her very paternally, more so than old-Eric with Pam. He leaves her neck unchained— she is baby vamp and shouldn't be too strong. He lets her be and tells the guard to put twice as much on him as he is older he will be a stronger vampire.
Pam is in her very pink coffin and Ginger, the barmaid is giving her injections. Then she covers her in silver net and locks her in her coffin.
Sookie is silvering Eric in his hidy-hole at her house. He says that it feels as if he has been drained. She says she is sorry to hurt him but has lost too many people and cannot lose him. He understands and asks her to stay with him. She lies down next to him.
Jesus and Lafayette are somewhere eating. Jesus is telling of the healing powers his Uncle Luca had, and how he told Jesus that each life he saved cost him a part of his.
Jesus tells LaFayette that He and Marnie only people who can connect with the dead. LaFayette is not thrilled to find this thing out and wishes he didn't have to answer the call. Jesus tells LaFayette he must always answer; that he is the answer.
Sam calls Luna who is not happy to hear from him. She takes a moment to go to a private area of the teachers' lounge she is sitting in. She tells him to eff himself and hangs up. .
Tara is at Merlottes trying to recruit Holly to cooperate with Marnie/Antomia and her She relates to Holly that she had told her to stand up for herself. Holly says if they are going to go down they may as well go down swinging. There are a couple of others Tara has already recruited from the coven. Two women says they can get someone but the guy says he doesn't know anyone else.
Jess and Bill In their beds in the dungeon. Jess asks Bill what the magic will feel like and he tells her they will not have control of their bodies.
Bill apologizes for taking her human life and causing her such pain. She tells him not to be because her life with him has been so much more than life with her human parents was. She is very filial towards him. He wants her to survive and go back to her life with Hoyt. But she doesn't think she can; Hoyt loves her so much but she doesn't love him the same way because she doesn't have a human heart. Bill argues that they still retain their humanity, even if she falls out of love with Hoyt.
Bill tells of his belief that all the years of their murderous impulses using their "nature" as an excuse was the start of this Their killing way is wawhat brought them here. In his 175 years of life, he feels he has accomplished so little and that if he survives he will end it. She says if she survives she will end it by eating Marnie, starting with her face.
Sookie and Eric. He says the spell may not even come and she should free him. She refuses.
The witch is powerful, once he was wrapped in chains willing to sacrifice self for her and Godric so he is stronger. He tells her that he doesn't want his memory back; if she can overlook his past and forgive him he is happy to be as they are. She still won't release him though.
Sam with Luna, at the school. She says they just laid off their security or she would call them. He doesn't get her change of heart. He doesn't remember any of what happened, he was still at the apartments when she was with Tommy. They both realize at the same time what must have happened because the same vomiting had happened when she was her mother.
Arlene comes in to the wait staff service area of Merlotte's and asks Holly why Andy is standing out side waiting for her with a dozen Winn Dixie roses. Arlene relates that the Bellefleurs are no great catch money wise and that grannie is a lush. Holly remembers the burger she promised Andy and the "date." He doesn't look well. Hasn't had any food/blood. He says it was a bad idea and leaves.

Debbie and Alcide are making love but it isn't working for her. They switch positions and she says she is trying but thinking about last night is worried he loves Sookie. He tells her that there is only one woman he loves and that he will be hers forever.
Coven at the Moon Goddess back room. The candles light them selves and Antonia/Marnie comes in. She relates her story and offers them an out now. A few leave and the others cry after them but she says to let them go they don;t need another traitor like Katie.
Antonia begins a come-to-Jesus-speech: We are no longer hidden no longer wait to be tortured, raped, murdered, eaten.Vampires are not immortal, only harder to kill. She is proof that our human spirits are immortal. Let us show vampires the fury and power of human spirit.
Tommy asleep and Sam is sitting watching him
Sam needed to see if he had conscience left. Was Tommy going to kill him next so he could take his life over. Starts to choke Tommy, who has made a fool of him for the last time but stops and tells him to be gone forever in ten minutes.
Tommy begs Sam to remember that he didn't mean it and Sam says he wishes he could forget everything about Tommy.
Witch coven chanting in Latin, Marnie/Antonia starts to levitate. She is relishing the experience, the power.
Jason stops by Sookie's and tells her that he will not become a panther. She says she know but is kind of busy and relates to him about the witch. As they talk they can feel the magic of the spell, the wind blows through the house. Jason realizes that Jessica is in danger, I don't know if it is because he has her blood or because Hoyt told him she was at Bill's. he starts to race for Bill's as she goes down to be with Eric.
The witches are still chanting.
Pam's coffin is shaking as she screams to be released. Ginger goes down stairs to lie on top of it as it shimmies across the floor.
Bill and Jessica also feel the magic and both struggle. Over at Maxine Fortenberry's she is gardening when her next door neighbor comes out and catches on fire. "I knew it." Maxine says.
Still, the witches continue chanting.
Jess gets free of her chains. Calls the guard, tricks him and then I think she kills him. Bill orders her, as her maker, to undo his chains as well. She walks on. Jason is running towards the house but is taken down by security as Jessica crawls up to the foyer and walks to the door. She opens the door and all the light blocks everything out.
My thoughts are that the witches are being spiteful and seeking revenge when a new day and relationship between the two could be dawning. I hope that Jason can get to Jess before she is irretrievably burned. If you recall when Rene was attacking Sookie Bill got pretty crispy trying to walk in the sun to her. Maybe she'll have a minute where her can dive on her and then get her to ground.
